Product Licenses Guide
When you purchase a product from DCH CARE SERVICES LIMITED (13742448)
(the “Company”), you do not acquire ownership of the product itself.
Instead, you receive a licence — a right to use the product under specific
terms. The Company remains the owner (or authorised licensor) of all
intellectual property rights in the product.
We offer two main licence types:
1) Non-Exclusive Private Use Licence
Best for:
- individuals, freelancers, and small businesses;
- personal projects or internal business needs.
What you can do:
- use the product in online ads and in your personal or business identity materials;
- use the product as part of a project that sells your own goods or services;
- use the product in personal projects or internal business projects.
What you cannot do (key point):
- you may not redistribute or resell the product itself as a standalone file or template.
2) Non-Exclusive Commercial Use Licence
Best for:
- agencies, studios, and companies working with clients;
- businesses building commercial projects for end customers.
What you can do:
- everything included in the Private Use Licence; plus
-
use the product in commercial and client projects (including paid work),
provided that you do not transfer or deliver the product as a standalone
template or source files to the client, unless the Company expressly
permits it in writing.
Still not allowed (unless explicitly licensed):
- reselling, re-packaging, or distributing the product itself as a downloadable template or asset.
What’s Not Allowed (for all licences)
You must not:
- use products in pornography, political advertising or endorsement, unlawful, defamatory, or offensive contexts;
- claim or imply that you created the product;
- use the product, in whole or in part, as a trademark, logo, or brand identifier without a separate licence;
-
share, redistribute, upload, or resell the product as a standalone file or
template (modified or unmodified), unless the Company explicitly allows it.
